At each year’s Annual General Meeting in mid-May a Chairman is elected and it is usual practice for a Vice-Chairman to also be appointed who can deputise for the Chairman as necessary.  Any other representatives are also elected, e.g. our Parish Council nominee who sits on the Village Hall Management Committee.

    Application No. 25/01472/TREE 27 Bearley Road, Aston Cantlow – Granted
    To consider Application No. 25/02494/FUL Ardencote Farm Shelfield Green: Erection of  replacement hay and straw building.

  9. Atlas Tower Group update.

  10. 2 Yew Tree bungalows solar panels update requested from SDC.

  11. Request for grit bin Chapel Lane.

  12. CIL funds for development/infrastructure in the parish.

  13. Parish footpaths upgrade.

  14. Draft Precept recommendations for 2026.

  15. Aston Cantlow Emergency plan revised draft.

  16. Bus Shelter.

  17. Tree encroaching onto walkway between Orbit properties and the social   club

  18. Report from a parishioner of litter being dropped at The Halt.

  19. Urgent items not on the agenda raised by Councillors.

  20. To propose other items of business for consideration at the next meeting.
